National Trail Day Hikyoga® at Helmers Nature Center with Linda

Its National Trail Day! Come join me to explore the Helmer Nature Trail in Irondequoit!  Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike and a number of pauses to journal, meditate and yoga! This spring adventure provides you with an opportunity to observe, move, reflect and journal while bathing in nature. 

Please bring your yoga mat, a journal and a pencil.  Wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement & yoga and a bottle of water. 

Parking info: We will meet in the far parking lot of Pinegrove/Helmers Nature Center and then head to the trail together.

Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance. Please check your email prior to and the day of this event.
