The Lake House on Canandaigua is partnering with Hikyoga for the perfect winter wellness retreat. You’ll be guided through candlelit yoga, meditation, and yoga slow flow followed by therapeutic creative classes. Bask in the warmth of our firepits while reflecting on your weekend with Hikyoga.

We have been established in Rochester, NY for over 8 years and continue to expand with Hikyoga classes and outdoor yoga festivals including the NYS Yoga Festival and Cleveland OH Yoga Festival! We are looking for more Hikyoga Teachers to help teach our classes!
This training is for anyone involved in the fitness community to learn more about yoga, hiking, meditation, and how to build your outdoor classes.

Hikyoga at Sinking Ponds Wildlife Sanctuary and Blue Eyed Baker with Molly
Join us for a Hikyoga adventure, as we explore Sinking Ponds Wildlife Sanctuary in East Aurora, NY. Our adventure opens up with a warm-up and yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to practice some of our favorite yoga poses along the nature path. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in a peaceful yoga practice. I am so excited to share this beautiful and tranquil spot in East Aurora with you, as well as introduce you to some delicious pastries and coffee at Blue Eyed Baker to end our time together!
