Free Community Hikyoga at Wapsipinicon State Park with Carla

**Meet at the Hale Bridge Trailhead

Leave your yoga mat at home. We will be practicing our yoga poses standing. We will sit on the bridge for MINDFULNESS MEDITATION and for our cool down.Be ready for an easy to medium level HIKE.

Most of the hike is on a grassy path and there is one steep part of the trail. Wear layers to allow for comfort based on the weather on the day of the hike.I Make sure shoes are waterproof. There could be mud or some wet areas on the path.

Parking: There is a parking lot at the Hale Bridge Trail Head.

Bathrooms: Public restrooms are available in the park. There are no restrooms along the trail.

What to Bring: Bring some drinking water, a snack or two, sunglasses, bug repellant, and sunscreen.

*This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds. If due to extreme weather, an email will be sent out two hours before to cancel. Be sure to check your mail.

This training is for anyone involved in the fitness community to learn more about yoga, hiking, meditation, and how to build your outdoor classes.
